16 Oct 2017 AIMA publishes new edition of its due diligence questionnaire
The Alternative Investment Management Association AIMA has published a new edition of its due diligence questionnaire, available to AIMA members. For the first time, the questionnaire covers private credit and private equity strategies as well as hedge funds. It also integrates the formerly separate DDQs specific to funds of funds managers and CTAs. Â With the DDQ, AIMA aims to standardize the due diligence process both for alternative investment managers and investors.
